I build products that ship and automations that run — for shops, studios and teams that need real results, not demos.

Project 1 of 4Workflow

Problem
Research questions have to be broken down, chased and written up by hand, every time.
Build
A planner breaks a question into angles, parallel researchers dig in, and a synthesis step writes it up. Fully local.
Role
Workflow design, build
Stack
n8n, Ollama, Agentic workflows, Prompt engineering
Result
Multi-step agentic orchestration that runs without hand-holding.

Project 2 of 4Workflow

Problem
Invoices arrive as documents, and the data inside gets re-typed.
Build
Drop an invoice into Drive, get structured data back out. OCR and extraction on Groq, no database in the loop.
Role
Automation design, build
Stack
n8n, Groq API, OCR, Google Drive
Result
A production-shaped document pipeline built from n8n and an LLM API.

Sample output

  • Vendor Sharma Traders
  • GSTIN 27AAAPS0000A1Z5
  • Total ₹4,250.00

Input

Step 1 of 4

Drive

An invoice lands in a Drive folder and n8n picks it up.

Solo: design, build, curationNext.js, Supabase, Tailwind CSS

AI tools multiply faster than anyone can keep track of them → 500+ catalogued and curated, from data model to daily upkeep, solo.

  1. 01

    Start with the problem

Who is this for, and what does it replace? Everything after follows from a clear answer.

  2. 02

    Design the system

Complex products become easier to use when the underlying system is clear.

  3. 03

    Build the interface

Type, spacing and motion are the first impression. Details are where trust starts.

  4. 04

    Automate the boring

Anything repetitive gets a workflow: n8n, a model and a hand-off, not another tab to check.

  5. 05

    Ship the useful

Small, real and in use beats large and imagined. Ship, watch, refine.

I'm a full-stack developer who treats AI  as a material, not a buzzword.  I design the interface,  build the backend, and wire in the automation  — so a small team can run like a big one.

Shashank Joshi is a full-stack developer based in Ahmedabad, India. He builds with Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase and Prisma, and automates with n8n, Ollama and the Groq API. He ships web products and AI automations for small businesses, including Billzy, a GST invoicing and inventory app for retail shops, and KIRO, a directory of 500+ AI tools.

Web apps, dashboards and internal tools, plus AI automations that run on their own. Past work includes Billzy, a deployed GST invoicing and inventory app for retail shops, and an n8n and Groq pipeline that extracts data from invoices and files it to Google Drive without a database.

Which technologies does Shashank use?

Interface work uses Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. Systems use Supabase, Prisma, Socket.io and the MERN stack. AI and automation use n8n, Ollama, the Groq API, agentic workflows and prompt engineering. Motion is built with GSAP, Framer Motion and Lenis.
